01 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE APRON

From telling stories
to making someone’s day.

My journey began in Kampala, connecting people with travel experiences through social media. Coffee gave that same passion a new home.

I moved to Saudi Arabia to pursue the craft, joining Caribou Coffee in Riyadh as a junior barista. In 2023, I earned the role of assistant store manager.

From Granada Mall to Qourtuba Road, the part I value most has always been the people: learning what they love, finding their next favourite drink, and making a busy day feel a little brighter.

Monitoring stock, conducting inventory audits, limiting waste, and keeping signature ingredients ready for service.

Espresso machine cleaning, routine maintenance and calibration, grinder adjustments, and high standards of workstation hygiene.
